Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to process my order? Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after shipment.
How long will delivery take? Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days from the date of shipment. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout. Delivery estimates begin from the ship date, not the order date.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? We begin processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are not always possible. Contact us at support@klarity-nutrition.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate your request before the order ships.
Do you ship internationally? We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future — sign up for our email list to be notified of updates.
Products & Ingredients
Are your products third-party tested? Yes. Our products are third-party tested for quality and purity, and manufactured in GMP-certified facilities. We believe you should know exactly what you're putting in your body.
Are your supplements safe to take together? Our products are formulated to work well as part of a daily routine. That said, everyone's body is different. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are taking prescription medications, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement.
How do I know which products are right for me? A good starting point for most people is a foundational stack: a multivitamin, magnesium glycinate for sleep and recovery, and creatine for strength and performance. From there, you can add products based on your specific goals. Browse our collections by goal or check out our blog for guidance.
Are your products suitable for vegetarians or vegans? This varies by product. Please check the individual product page for full ingredient and allergen information.
Do your products contain allergens? Please refer to each product's label and description for a full list of ingredients and potential allergens. If you have a specific allergy concern, contact us before purchasing.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery. Opened products are not eligible for return due to the nature of supplement products. Visit our full Return & Refund Policy page for details.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do? We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@klarity-nutrition.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund — no need to return it.
How long does a refund take? Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may require additional time to post the credit.
Account & Payments
Do I need an account to place an order? No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account makes it easier to track your orders and reorder your favorites.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and any payment options available through Shopify Payments at checkout.
Is my payment information secure? Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout. We never store your payment information.
