Refund & Return Policy

Our Commitment

At Klarity Nutrition, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of supplement products, we are unable to accept returns of opened items. If you receive a product that is unopened and in its original condition, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@klarity-nutrition.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on where to send your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@klarity-nutrition.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

We will either replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the item in these cases.

Missing Orders

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please first check around your delivery area and with neighbors. If your package is still missing, contact us within 7 days at support@klarity-nutrition.com and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Opened or partially used products
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Orders where the incorrect address was provided at checkout

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product, we recommend requesting a refund for the eligible item and placing a new order.
