Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 are subject to standard shipping rates calculated at checkout.

Standard Shipping 5–8 business days
Expedited Shipping 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information. If your package appears lost or there is an unusual delay, contact us at support@klarity-nutrition.com and we'll work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Klarity Nutrition is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@klarity-nutrition.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right.
